Design is a constantly evolving cultural model.
It is a multidisciplinary activity which consists in determining the formal properties of industrially produced objects. It develops analogue and digital, eco-sustainable, aesthetic and poetic systems. It defines business strategies; it is at the centre of decision-making processes. It makes products less ambiguous and gives added and repeated value over time for a mutual benefit between citizen, user, company and country.

ITA Airways
For ITA Airways , Walter De Silva, redesigned the interior cabin, inspired by Rome’s pantheon, its materials and how they interact with the light penetrating the dome.
The objective was introducing sustainability, elegance and beauty, while respecting the challenges of aviation’s needs in the new fleet.
